CANDIDATE RESOURCING:

We source candidates with the skills and knowledge to meet our clients requirements by using tools such as advertising in specialised publications, times media, online recruitment sites, networking with both client companies and candidates and our own comprehensive database.

CANDIDATE SELECTION:

We carefully evaluate the skills and competencies of each candidate and identify and select only the most suitable candidates for our clients specific requirements and company culture. We strive to get to know candidates and arrange face-to-face interviews with them. We provide clients with a comprehensive curriculum vitae for each applicant.

CREDIBILITY:

We carry out personal and professional credit and qualification references on candidates. To ensure an ideal fit between client and candidate, we are able to arrange a variety of psychometric and skills tests.

SALARY SURVEYS:

Salary surveys are available on request indicating salary ranges across Prostaff’s areas of specialisation.

SYSTEM SELECTION:

All our recruitment selections systems comply with the South African Labour Relations Act, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Employment Equity Act.
